Community Connections Grants (CCG) and Community Connections Grants for Housing Communities (CCGHC)
First 5 Sacramento provides mini grants, up to $5,000, for people like you, who are interested in organizing activities that promote the health & well-being of young children while building relationships with other members in the community. Applications are released in mid-August and in mid-February.

Step 2. Brainstorm ideas with other people who want to join you in making a difference in your community!

Step 4. Submit a mandatory Statement of Intent to Apply no later than March 22nd.
Step 5. Attend
a Webinar application workshop on Tuesday, March 5th from
6:00-7:30PM. For details, contact Kory Hardcastle at khardcastle@thecapcenter.org
Step 6. Apply! Deadline is April 1, 2019 12:00 p.m.

Community Connections Grants for Housing Communities (CCGHC)
First 5 Sacramento is now offering grants to housing communities. These grants are specifically for housing organizations who would like to work in collaboration with their residents to create activities that benefit families with children ages 0-5 years old. CCGHC Application
2-1-1
2-1-1 is a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week free information resource. Anyone can call for information and assistance with connecting to a broad range of community resources, including but not limited to children’s services, health services, housing, financial assistance, employment, food programs, and more. Assistance in different languages is available.
