Community Connections Grants (CCG) - NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS THROUGH OCTOBER 6th - Must contact First 5 by September 26th to apply.

First 5 Sacramento provides mini grants, up to $5,000, for people like you, who are interested in organizing activities that promote the health & well-being of young children while building relationships with other members in the community. If you are interested in applying, follow these 5 simple steps:

Step 1. Find out what it’s all about! Read CCG Frequently Asked Questions.

Step 2. Brainstorm ideas with other people who want to join you in making a difference in your community!

Step 3. Contact Alejandra Labrado at 916-876-5873 to discuss your idea, no later than September 26th.

Step 4. Attend an application workshop meeting on Wednesday, September 6th at 2750 Gateway Oaks Drive, Suite 330 from 3:30-4:30.

Step 5. Still Interested in applying for a grant? APPLY! DEADLINE to submit: October 6th 4:00PM – Postmarks will not be accepted. Application also available in Spanish.

2-1-1

2-1-1 is a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week free information resource. Anyone can call for information and assistance with connecting to a broad range of community resources, including but not limited to children’s services, health services, housing, financial assistance, employment, food programs, and more. Assistance in different languages is available.
